HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

After selecting the product(s), and the quantity, simply click “Buy Now” Button that can be found at the top of each page below product title. Then proceed to Check Out. If you are buying multiple products, click the Cart icon at the upper right corner of your screen to proceed to Check Out.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24hrs. If you need to change your order, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible (within 24 hours of placing the order) and we will make every effort to modify your order.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal.

WHICH CURRENCY DO YOU USE?

All prices are shown in GBP (British Pounds), and customers will be billed in this currency. For our international friends, your bank or card service provider will automatically convert your purchase using the current conversion rates which are applicable in your region.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Once you have placed your order, the information goes straight to our shipping department, which normally will process and ship your order within 24hrs (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please CONTACT US as soon as possible (within 24 hours of placing the order), and we will make ever effort to accommodate the changes.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels in cases in which customers provided information which is inaccurate, or a shipping address which is different than their current permanent address.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Your order will normally be prepared and shipped within 24hrs (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?

The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. If you reside outside of the United Kingdom, please allow additional time for processing through your country's import/customs process. Standard Shipping within the United Kingdom typically takes 3-5 days.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ITEMS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED?

When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address.
